Before you can view a property you will need to confirm whether you are buying the property with a mortgage or with cash. If you are buying with a mortgage, you will need an offer in principal from a mortgage Lender, or a Broker, prior to booking your viewing.
If you don’t have a Mortgage Broker already, please let us know and we can refer you to a good independent with access to the whole of the market.
Once you have seen a property that matches your requirements, please give us a call to book your viewing.
One of our team will meet you at the property to see if it’s what you are looking for.
Once you have viewed the property and you would like to put in an offer, we will aim to get that agreed for you. Once your offer has been agreed we would need to see evidence of the funds you will need to buy the property, as well as your mortgage agreed in principal, before we can take the property off the market for you.
At this stage you will need to let us have your Solicitor’s details as soon as possible. If you don’t yet have a Solicitor to carry out the conveyance, let us know and we can refer an experienced, professional firm to you.
Once we have these details we will send out the Memorandum Of Sale to you and the other parties.
During your purchase, we will be in contact with you regularly to help to progress the transaction.
